Goldman, ABN misled investors during IPO: court

AMSTERDAM (Reuters) - ABN AMRO, Goldman Sachs and World Online misled investors during the 2000 initial public offering (IPO) of the Dutch Internet provider, the Dutch Supreme Court ruled on Friday.
