Weyerhaeuser Co. says it’s selling its Warrenton, Ore., lumber mill to Portland, Ore.-based Hampton Affiliates. Weyerhaeuser said Monday the sale is expected to close in January, with the transaction including the mill and its land. Terms were not disclosed….
